做法：

用鍋煮法
1：將麵條加入滾水，輕輕地攪拌，用小火煮9分鐘(烏冬)，4分半鐘(幼麵)，8分半鐘(意粉)。
2：根據喜好添加湯汁即成。

用微波爐
1 : 把麵條放進容器，加入200毫升(意粉及烏冬 )或150毫升水(素麵)
2 : 放入500W微波爐加熱9分鐘(意粉)，12分鐘(烏冬)或5分鐘(素麵)
3：根據喜好添加湯汁即成。

*水的分量是對應20g麵條的重量，其他重量請自行斟酌。
*可按寶寶的吞嚥和咀嚼能力，適當縮短或延長煮麵時間來調節軟硬度。
