Ingredients: Multifloral Honey, UMF™ 10+ Manuka Honey, Ivy Leaf Extract, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc Gluconate. Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid.

Serving suggestion:
Children 4+ Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) once a day.
Children 2-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) once a day.

Warning: Best taken with food. Not suitable for children under 2 years, pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Shake well before use. To retain the integrity of this product, please store below 77°F (25°C). The honey in this product may naturally crystallize. Warm slightly to liquefy. Store out of reach of young children. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Avoid high temperature, humidity and away from direct sunlight.
