Quality Issues
Your satisfaction is always our priority. If the merchandise is defective, damaged or mis-shipped, you will receive an exchange of item as the soonest possible. In case if the item is not available, we will arrange a refund within 3 working days. Please just email us at cs@babypower.hk.
Other Issues
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the items you have purchased. We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Goods must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase
- All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Customers will be responsible for the related delivery charges
For safety reasons, all supplements and personal items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. You may email us at mrshealthshop@gmail.com for checking.
Store Purchase
If you shop at our store, please check the quantity, expiration date and condition of goods before leaving. We will not be responsible for exchange afterwards.
Overseas Orders
Due to customs and shipping matters, we don't accept the return / exchange of goods for all overseas orders.
